Where we ship

We ship across India at no charge, with no minimum order value. International orders are quoted individually — write to us with the pieces you want and your delivery address and we will confirm the cost before taking payment.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are checked by hand and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery within India usually takes 10–15 days from dispatch. Remote pin codes can take longer, and we will tell you if yours is one of them rather than let you find out by waiting.

You will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp when the parcel leaves the studio.

If something goes wrong in transit

If a parcel is marked delivered but has not reached you, tell us within 48 hours and we will open a trace with the courier. If a parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, photograph it before opening and send us the images.
