Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch. If a piece sells out between your order and our dispatch — which happens, because most of our stock is in single digits — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We correct pricing errors when we find them; if a correction affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before doing anything else.

Product descriptions

We describe fabric, weave and measurements as accurately as we can. Measurements are given in metres and may vary by a few centimetres between pieces of the same design.

Intellectual property

The Rooh by Ruchika name, mark and photography belong to us. Our product images may be shared for editorial coverage with credit, but not used to sell anything other than our own pieces.
